In front of the Museum entrance is a sculpture depicting Kazimierz Maria Osiński – architect, founder, and first director of the Przemyśl Museum, which operated since 1909 as part of the Society of Friends of Science. His monument was unveiled in 2009, on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Przemyśl Museum. The monument was created by Marian Szajda, an artist who lives and works in Przemyśl. He is the author of numerous sculptures, bas-reliefs, commemorative plaques, and medals.
